Erika-Moreira-Highland-Park-Therapy-LA-CA

Hi, I'm Erika Moreira

I believe anyone can heal and rid themselves of the barriers that undermine their joy, self-worth and inner peace. I work with adults who are challenged with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Whether you're seeking therapy to process concerns as they arise throughout the week or you're looking to resolve more specific challenges, I offer a safe and compassionate space to help you make sense of your experience utilizing holistic and evidence based therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs.

I assist my clients in navigating their difficulties, adapt to hardships with awareness and openness, and commit to taking meaningful action no matter how many times they fail or go off-track.
