Hi, I'm Anastasia

and I help adults and couples navigate their relational and sexual intimacy connections in order to build healthier relationships.

My clients can expect a compassionate and collaborative space to uncover their blocks, heal and transform their lives.

My role is to help guide individuals and couples overcome challenges and deepen their awareness of themselves as relational and sexual beings. Whether you're looking to connect with the past loving partner you once knew, willing to explore old beliefs about relationships or sexuality, or you're seeking to heal from past wounds so that they don't creep up in your current relationship with yourself or others, I'm honored to have the opportunity to journey with you in your pain and growth.

If you’d like to schedule a session, please feel free to reach out at any time. I'm here for you.

Background and Orientation

I grew up in the Bay Area, primarily Richmond, California but grew to love Southern California life so now I reside in LA! I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marital and Family Therapy at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Currently, I’m obtaining my doctorate in Marital Family Therapy through the Sacramento campus of Alliant International University. In addition to my education, I am presently in pursuit of my certification in sex therapy through the American Association of Sexuality, Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).

I orient my therapeutic work through mindfulness- and attachment-based approaches including Imago, Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also use strength-based and culturally-informed approaches for individuals using Narrative Therapy.

Aside from therapy, I am an advocate for Black Lives and with the activism seen through the creation of the website and social media platforms of Psychologists for Black Lives, I am also creating a therapeutic coaching environment consisting of culturally-informed safe spaces for emotional healing for people of color, primarily for those of African descent.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #89876 - supervised by Erika Moreira, LMFT #101392
