Though we are trained in evidence-based practices, we tailor our approach to fit your therapeutic needs. We help you become fully aware and responsive to triggers that impact your life or relationships. We integrate mindfulness and various holistic approaches to help you identify and transform self-limiting beliefs that may be keeping you from creating the life you want.

If you find yourselves stuck in the same recurring conflict, struggling with emotional intimacy, or faced with trust and/or communication concerns, we work with the both of you to identify your patterns of interaction that are maintaining these issues. The EFT approach allows for healthy and productive "clean fights" through a structured and collaborative approach with your therapist. You will learn to shift from "blaming" to accessing your own deeper more vulnerable emotions that are rarely expressed in your usual conflicts.
