Individual and Couple's Therapy for adults who struggle with anxiety, depression or trauma.
In our sessions, you will explore a deeper part of yourself and your history, learn how to effectively handle painful thoughts and feelings, and commit to taking action to create meaningful life.
Though we are trained in evidence-based practices, we tailor our approach to fit your therapeutic needs. We help you become fully aware and responsive to triggers that impact your life or relationships. We integrate mindfulness and various holistic approaches to help you identify and transform self-limiting beliefs that may be keeping you from creating the life you want.
Some of the life concerns we work with include trauma, depression, anxiety, low confidence or motivation, life transitions and grief. If you're feeling stuck in any one or more of these areas, please contact us. We're happy to help.
If you're in an intimate relationship, and you'd like to deepen or repair your connection, you may benefit from couple's therapy.
We practice a research validated form of couple therapy known as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) - click here to learn more about the modality - an evidence based practice that focuses on the bond between adult partners.
If you find yourselves stuck in the same recurring conflict, struggling with emotional intimacy, or faced with trust and/or communication concerns, we work with the both of you to identify your patterns of interaction that are maintaining these issues. The EFT approach allows for healthy and productive "clean fights" through a structured and collaborative approach with your therapist. You will learn to shift from "blaming" to accessing your own deeper more vulnerable emotions that are rarely expressed in your usual conflicts.
